Shipping:

Please allow 3-7 days for orders to process. For custom orders, please allow 7-14 days for order to process.

Return/Exchanges:

If local, we do offer returns or exchanges up to 2 weeks after delivery date. Others outside of Kentucky, returns can be made 1 week after delivery date. No exchanges can be made. To return/exchange, please send an email to theboujee.ears@gmail.com. Please include order number, reason for return/ exchange, and what you would like to exchange for (exchange only).
